BUYER- NON PRODUCTION

5 years experience working in non-productive purchasing, Automotive Industry

Degree in Business or Business Administration equivalent

Vacancy:

Indirect Purchasing Buyer (National and Foreign Suppliers)

(Machinery, Services, Direct Materials, Consumables, Spare Parts, General Items, etc.)

Objective:

Responsible to conduct commercial activities, be a link between suppliers and users for fair business.

Work as a team with members of other areas to achieve the objectives (internal/external).

Functions/Activities:

• Process Purchase Requisitions (Request For Quotation)
• Negotiation with suppliers, Price analysis
• Generate Purchase Orders and Contracts with Suppliers
• Provide internal customer support (users) and external (suppliers)
• Collaborate in supplier search activities
• Follow up payment to suppliers
• Follow up on special projects of indirect purchases
• Supplier Evaluation

Basic requirements:

• Intermediate-Advanced English
• Analytical, negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of Oracle system and Microsoft Office
• Financial and Cost Concepts
• Sense of urgency and leadership
• Proactivity and teamwork
