The Business Technology Advisor responsibilities include: Participating in the Marketing team to create content drive campaigns and lead events both in person and virtual Drive new business opportunities from net new clients for both MSP and MSSP and continue to build relationships with new TechMD clients. You will focus on ways to grow the TechMD brand through high value content disruptive mailers and events while always focusing on driving value to our target audience. Our Business Technology Advisor must be able to read people and connect meaningfully with a variety of personalities. You must understand that all progress is made through relationships. You must know when to take the lead in relationship development and when to enable others to take the lead. Business Technology Advisors must have laser focus on getting results for the customer; must be proactive and not wait for the customer to notice they are not on track to achieving a particular goal; must have a no excuses mindset and do what needs to be done; and must have the ability to coordinate multiple resources to achieve the desired outcome. You will take the blame for failures and give credit to the team for successes because you are driven by outcomes.


Primary Responsibilities


  • Serve as a key member of the marketing team focused on creating content and driving campaigns and events to create Sales Qualified Leads.
  • Build trust with new clients and lead them in the transition to TechMD.
  • Assist in delivering total customer satisfaction
  • Help clients through email phone online presentations screenshare and in person meetings
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
  • You will serve as new clients advocate to TechMD as well as the advocate for TechMD to the client
  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
  • Is a student of the client s business and understands how they
  • Enhance department and organization s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Ability to analyze make decisions and solve problems
  • Meet the performance goals established by your direct supervisor
  • Read understand and follow all company and jobrelated policies and procedures
  • Attend both onsite and offsite client meetings as required
  • Attend required company and departmental meetings
  • Use independent discretion in matters of significance
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by direct supervisor


Requirements

Bachelor s Degree or higher preferred

Proven account management or other relevant experience

Demonstrate ability to communicate present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization including Executive and Clevel

Experience delivering clientfocused solutions based on customer needs

Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail

Natural relationship builder with integrity reliability and maturity

Excellent customer service and follow through skills

Excellent listening negotiation and presentation skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Critical thinking and problemsolving skills

Ability to prioritize among competing tasks

Proficient use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint)

Highenergy selfmotivated wellorganized

Ability to function within and contribute to a positive team oriented environment

Ability to make decisions in matters of significance
