5 years experience as a BA with functional Workday knowledge within the HR function
Functional Workday experience required in the Benefits
Significant business process management experience within benefit programs within HR Operations
Excellent communication skills and used to working with multiple stakeholders across a complex matrix structure
Data Structures knowledge within process areas
Experienced in process mapping applications preferably Visio or Lucidchart
UK Shift
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-6 years of hands-on experience as a PowerBI Engineer or similar role. Proficiency in SQL and demonstrated expertise in data modeling. Familiarity with BigQuery concepts and its integration with PowerBI. Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Proven track record of delivering high-quality PowerBI solutions that drive business impact.
