Job Description

In this role you will be the goto person for all administrative inquiries concerning Arbeitnehmerberlassungsgesetz AG. Your duties will be but not be limited to the following:

Tasks

  • Onboarding Management
  • Liaising with candidates and clients on any specific topics related to the AG
  • Creating and amending documents
  • Keeping information uptodate on the CRM system
  • Payroll Preparation
  • Liasing with the GBP concerning any specific legal inquiries
  • Adhoc duties

Requirements

You have gained administration experience within a recruitment companydepartment and are familiar with AGtopics. Other requirements include:

  • Fluent German & English language skills
  • MS Office skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Communication skills
  • Flexibility
