What will you do on your journey with WebBeds

WebBeds is the worlds fastest growing provider of accommodation distribution services to the travel industry. Our products incorporate distribution APIs payment integrations ERP integration Data Lakes User Interfaces and others. Our search API reach peaks of more than 50.000 requests per second each one consisting of tens or hundreds of hotels with continued expansion.

In this role you will

Facilitate day to day operations at WebBeds by ensuring that backoffice systems are kept up to date and data is recorded accurately. As part of the Business Support team you will manage the incoming information for our databases ensuring a high attention to detail when entering amendments and additions into the system.


Key responsibilities

  • Introduce new clients and suppliers into the system.
  • Create new service options and update service descriptions.
  • Ensure contracted rates are maintained accurately.
  • Load all room allocations and reported events into the Tourplan backoffice system.
  • Carry out ongoing house keeping tasks on the Database and Creditors module in Tourplan.
  • Use Rate Maintenance module to bulk update service options.
  • Update Allocations module.
  • Offer system related support to all users within Groups Department.
  • Assist Key Accounts team to create multiple series references and link package rates for tour series bookings.
