Job Title: Business Support Administrator
Contract type: Temporary 6months / Ongoing (though opening assignments are often extended by clients on a longerterm basis).

Hours Per Week: Fulltime position
Start Time: 8:30 AM
End Time: 17:00 PM
PAYE Rate : 12.53 ph (incl 12.07% holiday pay)
Qualifications
A proven commitment to high levels of customer service
Ability to communicate effectively with all customers ensuring needs are met
A sound knowledge of communication and customer care skills
Ability to deal with members of the public
Ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with young people and families.
A good standard of written English and Mathematics to at least GCSE C/ level 4 which can demonstrate an ability to work at this level or demonstrate relevant experience.
Ability to listen and question to ascertain the needs of the customer
A good standard of general education including good applied literacy and numeracy skills.
5 GCSEs or equivalent including English and Maths (C and above)
A committed team player honest loyal and trustworthy. Keen to develop and continually improve both on a personal level and in terms of contributing to the performance of the authority
A Full and Clean Driving Licence including the PCV element
Ability to communicate with people in a friendly and courteous manner in person and over the telephone establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues and external parties.
