Responsibilities

• Plan prepare and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons to students
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect
• Assess monitor and provide feedback on student progress
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and schoolwide initiatives
• Establish and maintain effective communication with parents/guardians
• Use technology effectively to enhance teaching and learning
• Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities

Requirements

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Business Studies curriculum
• Experience teaching Business Studies to secondary school students
• Excellent classroom management and organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to professional development and staying uptodate with educational theories and practices
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students
• Experience working with diverse student populations
