Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and innovative lessons in Business Studies to students of varying abilities.
• Develop and implement schemes of work lesson plans and assessments in accordance with curriculum guidelines.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student growth and achievement.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to enhance student understanding and engagement.
• Monitor and track student progress providing timely feedback and intervention where necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall improvement of the department.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with students parents and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Studies or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
• Proven experience teaching Business Studies at the primary or secondary level.
• Strong knowledge of the relevant curriculum and assessment frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Effective classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
