Role Description:

• Good understanding of Business Process Management (BPM)
• 7 years of experience in BPMN (Preferred) and Business Process Automation tools (e.g. Flowable Camunda) with at least 5 years in designing/modeling endtoend business processes and decision models using BPMN 2.0 CMMN or DMN modeling standards and executing them in Business Process Automation visual designers (e.g. Flowable Camunda)
• Previous experience in the Banking Financial Services or Insurance preferred
• Knowledgeable in Process Analysis and Design using core workflow principles that are efficient well structured maintainable and easy to understand
• Experience in process mining and data models to facilitate sophisticated analysis of process data using tools like Celonis
• Simulation experience where process changes are measured using constraints to reflect current state and future state process performance
