Business Process Analyst Full time Remote

As a Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes, workflows, and systems to improve organizational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity. Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.

• Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor and evaluate process performance to identify and address areas for improvement, including identifying and mitigating process bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure process adoption and compliance.
• Utilize process modeling and simulation tools to test and validate proposed process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in business process analysis, workflow design, or project management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in process modeling and simulation tools, such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
• Experience with process automation tools, such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or similar, is a plus.
