White Panda is an ondemand managed marketplace for utility content built on top of a community of subject matter experts from more than 800 different niches. Some of our notable clients include Radisson Apollo Axis Bank PNB Housing three of the top 10 marketing agencies in India and so on. The core team at White Panda is a diverse range of professionals who are alumni of institutions like IITs BITS and Goldman Sachs. The venture is funded by highly successful entrepreneurs tier1 investors and IIT Gandhinagar.
Role involves overseeing operations & managing supply & demand scale for service categories such as Content Design & SEO. Prior experience in business development or operations around either of the two services preferred.
Responsibilities include
- Help chart & oversee org structure internal goal setting & KPIs along with the founders
- Developing and working on the talent acquisition strategy & execution
- Overseeing category (video content solutions) growth in close collaboration with category supply & demand team members
- Later levelling up to set up new complimentary categories
