Business Operations Analyst 4

MW Partners is currently seeking a Business Operations Analyst to work for our client who is a leader in the media and entertainment industry.

Responsibilities:

• The position will partner with crossfunctional teams across multiple organizations services and Geographic regions.
• Your technical finance expertise in detailed analysis keen attention to details to maintain large amount of data is a large part of the work; as well as soft skills for effective partnership with matrixed and global teams.
• All aspects of Budget Management: monthly Forecasting Accruals Capex/Opex treatment of spends; review SOWs and PRs for processing Work with our suppliers to ensure invoicing are accurate through reconcilation and approvals by business owners
• Resource Management ensuring resource data are accurate on a daily basis
• Process improvements to improve efficiency optimization and scale.
• Reporting and Dashboarding

Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of practical work experience
• Excel Expert pivot tables analysis
• Ability to create project plans and ppt deck for executive audiences
• PowerBI is Nice to Have
• Strong Excel skills formulas scenario building etc.
• Basic knowledge with data management
• Focus on data quality A MUST Outstanding analytical and problemsolving skills with experience providing business insights and recommendations that drives significant results
• Ability to see the big picture while maintaining a curiosity to understand and know the detail Selfstarter with ability to successfully manage through ambiguity
• Outstanding communication and partnership skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and stakeholders
• Experience in Business Finance or Information Technology
