On behalf of one of its clients in the perfumery industry The French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Business Manager based in Singapore.
As the Business Manager of a luxury signature perfume brand from Paris you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the business strengthening the brand s presence in both the online and retail luxury market segment in Singapore and in the region. Your job responsibilities and duties will encompass
Managing the boutique operations including inventory management staffing visual display and customer service to ensure a seamless and luxurious shopping experience for customers.
Implementing promotional events and exclusive offers to drive traffic to the boutique and create a buzz around the brand.
Building relationships with influencers bloggers and media to drive traffic to the boutique through partnerships and collaborations.
Setting up a network of distributing channels outside Singapore and developing strategic plans for expansion.
Managing the brand s online store including product listings promotions and customer experience optimization.
Overseeing media management including creating and curating content for social media platforms along with email marketing tracking and analyzing performance metrics to optimize the brand s online presence and visibility.
Manage the budget for marketing expenses and the overall performance of brand awareness.
Organizing events pop ups and educational seminars by fragrance experts
Participating in overseas beauty exhibitions trade fairs and our perfume lounge in Paris.
Requirements
- You have a university diploma in marketing communications or equivalent young enthusiastic and dynamic with entrepreneurial spirit with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You enjoy art and music and is passionate about creative designs.
- You are a good achiever always ready to surmount challenges with determination and are ready to ride on a new brand with perfumery experts.
- You are a perfume lover and have keen interest in perfumery.
- You have a proven retail business experience of not less than 5 years as a retail manager in luxury brands.
- You have knowledge of retail software social media networking and ecommerce sales.
