360 Labs Initiative at a Glance The 360 Labs are a new capability that is currently being built up within the Pharmaceutical Research and Early Development organization (pRED). The primary mission of this effort is to provide greater access and support for the use of cuttingedge biomedical research technologies by scientists across our discovery portfolio. Operating as an integrated ecosystem the 360 Lab environment will deliver core scientific technologies expertise and enabling activities as well as facilitate knowledge sharing and learning experiences in close collaboration with our therapeutic areas and functions. Together these efforts will serve to increase the speed enhance the robustness and improve the sustainability of our exploratory research and early discovery activities.The 360 Labs are by nature a handson interactive workplace where face to face presence is a priority. Our ambition is to bring to life a thriving workplace environment acting as an highly integrated ecosystem supporting research and development working collaboratively and focused on ostering excellence and sustainability.

The perfect candidate:

Your mission will be to enable the 360 Labs team with business support to achieve its goals and lead some key crossplatform initiatives such as but not limited to valuating current practices conceptualizing new systems and processes and working collaboratively with key stakeholders from across the 360 Labs and the Roche environment to implement new solutions. A cando attitude and a flexible growth mindset are critical to success in this role. Your focus will be to generate an impact on the operational efficiency and productivity of the 360 Labs with a sense of urgency.

Aufgaben

• Creating project plans for activities and tracking progress of deliverables against baseline schedule proactively controlling project scope risks and issues
• Leading and facilitating team and project meetings documenting actions and decisions
• Managing relationships with various business stakeholders to achieve project objectives
• Ensuring scope objectives and requirements are clear and agreed to by all parties
• Lead efforts to improve process efficiency and boost business performance by using proven methodologies to identify and fix inefficiencies and streamline operational processes

Qualifikation

• You have a BS or MS degree in Science Engineering or Business at least 10 years of business management or project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry (*****)
• You have experience in managing IT related projects in a scientific research environment with a highdegree of digital savviness with exceptional skills in business and data analytics (*****)
• You have a customer and teamcentric mindset focused on delivering highquality results with a sense of urgency and have demonstrated effectiveness in building collaborative relationships and leading in a matrix environment without authority
• You have an excellent command of English (*****)
• You know how to use Smartsheet Trello and any other project management tool (*****)
