B. Position Responsibilities
Business delivery & growth
Deliver top line through all channels Dealers/ Sub Dealers Online and Digital Partners
Drive team for critical revenue parameters: ROI pf insurance penetration
Propose and execute various strategies for higher market penetration / faster portfolio build up.
Creating a highquality TW Lending Book and increasing the lending penetration in the TW Loans Segment
Supervising complete business operations including profitability forecasting monthly / quarterly/annual sales targets & their execution.
Look for opportunities to enhance revenue streams cross sell (ETB) new sources for outbound campaigns third party products etc.
Channel Management & Distribution
Ensure sourcing mix through channels in the most costeffective manner to control Cost of Acquisition
Ensure delivery of region wise disbursal volumes revenues and yield target.
Develop and implement an appropriate sales management system to track sales force productivity & performance in line with budget
Leveraging on Marketing / Product support / Manufacturer support for enhancing business penetration
Triggering promotional activities / events such as inserts / loan melas etc. to ensure continuous funnelling.
Chalk out plans for foraying into new areas / locations / markets / branches.
People Development
Creating and Driving team of Regional Heads / State Heads towards the goal. Draw up plans for recruitment of manpower according to the plan.
Plan specialized training programs on regular basis to ensure team is updated on product/policy.
Provide developmental feedback to all direct reports
Design an effective R&R strategy for the channel in collaboration with the Product team
Ensuring minimum attrition in the team with constant engagement & feedback & ensure skills development through regular trainings.
Bucket X to 3 Collections Lead Two Wheeler Loans
Key Role:
The role will be responsible for managing and undertaking collections process for the Two Wheeler vertical.
He will be responsible to track & control the delinquency of the Vertical Bucketwise & DPD wise an docus on nonstarters.
He will be responsible for allocating and achieve targets from in house team/ agencies/ collection outsourced employees.
He Will be responsible to keep a track of the portfolio for the vertical
He has to maintain data for administrative work related to collection such as updating delinquent account history providing and maintaining MIS report reviewing of collection feedback on Daily Weekly & Monthly basis
He has to ensure collection process and legal guidelines are adhered Team management
Laisoning with the service provider for onboarding attendance reporting and timely salary payout of outsourced sales staff
Conducting periodic performance Reviews with the collection team and taking course corrections when required
Good analytical skills. Is able to handle systems and software with ease. Ability to network with various stakeholders internally and externally. Good Excel Knowledge.
Flexibility to work extended hours and holidays to meet both internal and external customer turnaround times Relationship management
To create excellent relationship with all stakeholders in the two wheeler business
To build and create relationship with local authorities police legal department
Recovery Lead Two Wheeler Rural Financial Services (1018 yrs)
Appoint recovery agencies and manage them through the collection managers
Focus on the agency productivity as also manage cost of collections and adherence to process.
Responsible for handling collections which comprises of Two Wheeler Loans
Focused loss mitigation plans strategies and implementation.
Manage and resolve all customer complaints arising out of collection initiatives
Ensure collection of fees from default customers and attempt to make the function costneutral
Identify and repossess and disposal of assets in chronic default cases.
Devising strong legal strategies for the eligible accounts.
Ensuring speedy resolution of queries and grievances to maximize satisfaction levels;
