Location: Hyderabad India
Job Summary:
As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Medvarsity you will be instrumental in leveraging data to
optimize our websites user experience and increase course enrollment. Your insights will drive our
marketing sales and business strategies ensuring that our educational offerings are effectively
presented to our diverse and global audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze website data including purchase behavior to understand trends related to time (year month day) and correlate them with our course offerings.
- Use tools like Google Analytics Hotjar and other advanced analytics tools to gather and interpret data on user engagement and behavior.
- Provide actionable insights to marketing sales and business teams to optimize product placement on the website and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with teams to develop strategies that align with business goals and increase course enrollments.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of strategies implemented adjusting approaches as needed based on data analysis.
- Stay current with market trends and new technologies in data analysis and online education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Business or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in data analysis preferably in an ecommerce or online education environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics Hotjar Adobe Analytics Tableau SQL Python/R).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- A team player with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
