Business Growth Associate

HydroNeo is a fastgrowing international startup focusing on Smart Water Monitoring and Automation for the Global aquaculture industry. Our vision is to expand our Smart Farm Management System with which we are already the market leader in Thailand to become the HydroNeo Aquaculture Super App for everything farmers and the industry need. We are backed by leading Thai and international investors BOI promoted and team of 30 in Bangkok.

We are seeking a driven and curious individual to accelerate our growth in Thailand and potentially other markets.

Tasks

• Build and maintain strong relationships with leads customers partners and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive business growth.
• Gather and analyze market data to identify trends opportunities and customer needs.
• Communicate findings to management to support strategic decisionmaking.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Develop strategies to foster strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty and satisfaction.
• Track and analyze sales data market trends and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of business development efforts and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with the Technical Team to ensure smooth implementation of services.

Requirements

• Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills in Thai and English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Positive attitude eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges.
• New graduates are welcome as well as more experienced professionals
