We are currently in search of a dedicated Business Finance Lead to join the team in 1230 Vienna.

Your role:

• As the Finance Leader in Viennas office you will work closely with the management team the tax consultancy and the Headquarters Finance Team taking charge of all financerelated matters including operational and strategic topics.
• Your initial focus will be on establishing and restructuring the finance department in Vienna streamlining processes and ensuring data transparency especially during the companys transitional phase.
• You will be responsible for financial controlling and reporting activities including the development and maintenance of systems to monitor financial performance. This will include generating regular financial reports to support strategic decisionmaking ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial data analysis.
• Furthermore you will play a role in building and leading a successful finance team in Vienna. This involves supervising financial experts ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations and overseeing ongoing accounting procedures.

Your profile:

• Personality plays a crucial role in this position. We are seeking managers who are proactive adaptable and embrace change. The ability to thrive in dynamic and challenging situations is essential for success in this role.
• A finance education and a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in finance accounting controlling or related roles is required.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills are critical for this role as it involves overseeing a team of financial experts managing processes and collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
• Very good proficiency in German and good proficiency in English are essential.
