The Business Engagement team is the primary client facing team for Gooderaâs Enterprise clients. This team is responsible for understanding the client requirements, making sure that the deliverables are planned internally as well with the client.
As a member in this team, you will be working with 1 or more clients and will be required to understand the day-to-day operational tasks pertaining to the overall deliverables for the various stakeholders. This role will also require a strong understanding of the CSR ecosystem, applicable standards/ laws to work with Gooderaâs CSR/ Impact clients. At Goodera, we believe in deriving client value through data driven insights and onboard all our clients to the Goodera platform, the Business Engagement team members also require developing a fair understanding of the Goodera products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Program Delivery
Â.
Understand and learn the Goodera proprietary platform modules, domain and processes of the team and account attached.
Â.
Lead day to day operational aspects of client delivery like business analysis, solution design, NGO cadence, client cadence and reports for the given project. Co-ordination with NGO stakeholders/ client stakeholders (external) for timely delivery of services / deliverables
Â.
Ensure quality of business engagement by regular client cadence.
Â.
Proactive management of client deliverables as well as internal tasks

Requirements
What are we looking for?
Â.
A minimum 4-7 yearsâ experience in CSR Project management or equivalent consulting experience in related domain.
Â.
Possesses stakeholder management and client influencing, relationship building skills.
Â.
Ability to research on trending topics on CSR, changes in CSR law, collaborate with NGOs and other similar stakeholders.
Â.
Quick learner, who is willing to learn about platform and technology i.e. Gooderaâs product modules being used for monitoring social impact.
Â.
Basic understanding of impact evaluation frameworks necessary for reporting and reviewing programmatic performance like LFA, TOC and utilization for financial performance etc.
Â.
Strategic thinking, problem solving skills, a bias toward action and ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines.
Â.
Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.
Â.
Basic Excel and MS Word skills, along with excellent presentation and communication skills.
