Overview:

The Business Development role is crucial to the success of our organizations US Projects. The primary focus of this position is to identify develop and lead strategic initiatives that drive growth and profitability. The Business Development professional will play a key role in building and nurturing client relationships identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and evaluate market trends
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for new business acquisition
  • Nurture and expand existing client relationships
  • Lead the development of business proposals and presentations
  • Participate in contract negotiations and contribute to pricing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to ensure targets are met
  • Identify and attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
  • Contribute to the development of the annual business development plan
  • Provide regular updates on business development activities and progress
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage client interactions and opportunities
  • Stay current on industry best practices and market trends
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the organizations products and services
  • Participate in strategic planning meetings to align business development activities with organizational goals
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes and strategies
  • Develop leads from US/Uk region


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strategic and proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
  • Understanding of project management principles is a plus
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of US market and industry trends
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced working environment
