The Role:
In this role of Business Development & Strategy you will have the opportunity to foster and drive new business partnerships which will bring our technology and products to the marketplace. Your mission will be to seek foster and open new business and partnership opportunities. This is deep tech which means there is no playbook. The expectation is that you will draw from individual and collective experience and insight and implement and iterate.

- 78 years of experience in business development in a technologyrelated field preferably in areas of autonomy and robotics software
- Experience with bringing new technology to market
- Experience at a software startup or earlystage company (comfortable in an unstructured environment and ambiguity)
- Ability to analyze new business opportunities connect the unseen connections develop strategy recommendations and translate those recommendations into action
- Operate well in unstructured environments with excellent project management skills
- Able to juggle multiple projects and partners
- Quickly digest organize structure and simplify significant detailed information
- A selfstarter with the ability to drive projects from start to finish and have a high sense of urgency and ownership
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain longterm relationships

- Excel at written and verbal communication skills; can negotiate custom agreements with balanced terms
