Our cooperation partner is a Fintech and offers a payment / Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) solution, which is specifically integrated in the checkout of B2B e-commerce merchants as well as B2B marketplaces.

The company is backed by an experienced and high-profile founding team (ex BCG, Zalando).

Thanks to their ten years of experience in the e-commerce environment, the founders bring a deep understanding: on the one hand, of the check-out payment process, and on the other, of online retail in general.

The company's plans are supported by millions in funding from well-known triple-A investors and is aiming for market leadership in this segment. Everything indicates that this segment will be worth billions in the coming years, as current figures from Juniper Research also show.

There is still no dominant market player here, especially in the B2B segment. Unique selling points in the market are special product innovations, speed of implementation, team quality and capital resources.

Currently, the team is being strengthened and therefore the opportunity to come on board as Business Development Representative NL (m/f/x) is offered.

Tasks

Your tasks

  • Extensive market research and identification of potential prospects.
  • Preparation and execution of a customized approach strategy through various channels (email, phone calls, LinkedIn approach, etc.)
  • Converting leads into qualified opportunities and handing them over to (senior) sales managers for detailed product demonstrations
  • Documentation and maintenance of the CRM system

Requirements

Your profile

  • Initial work experience in sales/customer acquisition, ideally in a high-growth tech startup, e-commerce or SaaS company.
  • Strong communication skills and adept at presenting and pitching through various mediums (phone calls, video calls, events).
  • Ability to work in a team as well as alone
  • Fluency in Dutch as well as English
