Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (Lead Verifier) who will be the first point of contact for the initial CV discussion. The candidate will follow script ensuring all of the clients personal/work details are up to date and correct. He/ She will need to ascertain the clients needs as well as discussing previous pension history. They will log the outcome of each call and make detailed notes of the conversation. Depending on the outcome of the call they will then pass client details onto appropriate firm.

It is important that they always represent the company and its values while meeting and achieving any targets and KPI s.

Job Description:

  • Call through allocated leads using a script
  • Update notes on the spreadsheet after every call
  • Follow up on any callbacks on time and on any noshows to rebook back in
  • Confirm and schedule meetings and any booked appointments by email
  • Initiate outbound communication through various channels including cold calls emails and social media.
  • Conduct thorough research to qualify leads and understand their needs and pain points.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records in our CRM system (HubSpot Salesforce Total Jobs or equivalent).

Requirements

Requirements/Skills needed:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development lead generation and sales background preferably in the UK market.
  • Bachelor s/College Degree specializing in Business Management/ Marketing and Sales/ Communications/ Customer Service or equivalent professional services background.
  • Proven experience in B2C lead generation and business development.
  • Willingness to pick up the phone and make 100150 calls.
  • Understanding of the UK market and industry trends.
  • Handson experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot Salesforce Total Jobs or similar tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills both oral and written coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting
  • A strong ability to generate your own leads demonstrating selfmotivation and initiative.
  • Extremely selfstarter or selfmotivated with a diligent work ethic and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
  • Approach every situation with an appropriate and professional attitude
  • Contribute to meetings and discussions
  • Help assist team members where needed to achieve the overall team targets


Job Qualifications: Bachelor s/College Degree specializing in Human Resources, Psychology, or other related fields. Minimum of 2+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience specifically in the medical field recruitment in the US Market. Experience on recruiting for "White Glove Nurses Roles" and other executive roles as you may fill C-level positions too. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Good business acumen, highly driven, results-oriented, and values harmony within a team. Experience in using Eclipse, or similar ATS tools. Knowledge in sourcing candidates in LinkedIn Recruiter is a must. Familiar with using Boolean Search strings. Experience in volume hiring is a plus. Excellent ability to sell the role to the candidates and present the candidates to the clients. Competency using Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision. Must have a very strong ability to lead, and work as part of a team. Strong customer service and presentation skills.
