Aella is a leading Marketing & Design agency with a global presence across three continents. Our mission is to unlock the full potential of businesses through design providing personalized solutions tailored to each clients unique needs and challenges.

We are seeking a Business Development Representative Intern to support our sales and marketing efforts. This role will involve prospecting for new clients generating leads and assisting in the development of marketing strategies.

Tasks

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Assist in the creation of sales collateral and marketing materials.
  • Support the outreach and followup process with prospects through email and phone communication.
  • Perform Cold call activities for Lead generation.
  • Compile solution packages for potential clients.
  • Work on already existing clients.
  • Cooperate with the marketing department for marketing material creation.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans.
  • Strategize with team members to innovate & improve the overall sales development process.
  • Zealously updating CRM (HubSpot) to make sure our reports and data are kept up to date.
  • Secure meetings and build relationships with new clients.
  • Work internally with other departments to ensure proper feedback on the quality and quantity of the sales development process.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised approach: can set priorities work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • Solutionfocused approach and able to think on their feet.
  • Drive for overachieving targets.
  • Experience with Cold Calling or eager to learn.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the growth of the business.
  • Have a desire to learn new skills and develop yourself for future growth.
  • Are highly motivated and goalorientated to succeed both individually and as part of a highly successful fastgrowing team and company.
  • Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Hold a valid work permit for Ireland.
  • 6 months minimum commitment. Plus if:
  • Previous experience in sales marketing or customer service.
  • Knowledge of outbound strategies & email sequences.
