Position Overview:
As a BDR at Qwak you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our top of funnel pipeline in the US market. You will report directly to our Business Development Lead and work closely with our sales team to facilitate introductions with prospects who fit into our ICP. This role requires a driven and passionate individual who is highly motivated and is comfortable identifying and penetrating new accounts in the AI/ML space.
Responsibilities:
Develop topoffunnel sales opportunities by generating new leads through a variety of channels including cold calling email and social media
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute prospecting strategies
Selfsource prospects for outreach through research networking and other channels
Reporting: Maintain accurate and uptodate records in our CRM system to track progress and report on sales activities.
Meet daily weekly and monthly goals for emails and outbound calls as well as achieve targets for meetings set and opportunities created
Qualifications:
Experience: 12 years of experience with a proven track record of success in a highgrowth startup environment (ML space is highly preferred)
Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of Data Machine Learning AI and DevOps concepts.
Handson experience with outbound methods (Cold calls emails LinkedIn etc)
SelfStarter: Highly motivated with the ability to generate leads and work independently.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player: Collaborative and willing to work as part of a dynamic team.
Experience with prospecting and engagement softwares (SalesNav Apollo Expandi etc)
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Location: Able to work onsite in our New York office three times a week with the flexibility to work remotely two days a week.
