Optimus is helping a renewable energy client in search of a Business Development & Project Director.

Location: Alabang Muntinlupa

Work setup: Hybrid

Role Description

Provides integrated direction management and leadership in the administrative and business planning and budgeting efforts of a portfolio of major projects impacting multiple strategic core functions and components across the company and/or strategic institutional priorities.

  • Directs and integrates the activities of multiple major project operations; ensures that project efforts are generally cohesive consistent and effective in supporting the companys mission goals and strategic plan.
  • Develops and establishes policies strategies and operating objectives consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient and effective implementation of major crosscompany projects and/or projects tied to strategic institutional priorities.
  • Participates in and oversees the development implementation and maintenance of individual project objectives and short and longrange plans; develops tracking and evaluation programs to assist in the accomplishment of established project goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Business Development and Project Management
  • Experience in bidding contract negotiation and account management
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Relevant experience in the renewable energy industry
  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field
