Business Development Operations intern

Cloover is seeking a enthusiastic fulltime intern 3 to 6 months for our Amsterdam office to support in business development and operations and to play a pivotal role in a fastpaced startup environment. During this period you will assist in the whole sales process from lead generation to closing contracts and contribute to any operational excellence opportunities across all divisions. To succeed in this role you need to have a diverse skillset preferably attained through previous extracurricular activities (e.g. internship board year and/or parttime job) and be an outstanding Dutch speaking communicator.

Tasks

• Business Development: build and maintain a sales pipeline conduct product demos and close partnership agreements
• Customer Success: ensure smooth usage of our platform for endcustomers and partners setup metrics to assess success of engagements and internally communicate demands from the customer side
• Operations: identify process improvements define structured approaches implement new procedure and champion the new way of working afterwards

Requirements

• You are passionate about making a meaningful impact towards tackling Climate Change and willing to take on a new challenge in a small but fastgrowing organization with a high degree of freedom and uncertainty
• You are a proactive entrepreneurial personality with strong communication skills who takes ownership is not afraid of rollingup sleeves and getting things done
• You are a team player willing to deliver as part of a highperformance team (with diverse roles/ backgrounds) and passionate to celebrate milestones and success
• You are fluent in both English and Dutch
• You are willing to work from our Amsterdam Office
