CVM Recruit Ltd is a small startup Recruitment company that was founded during the pandemic. Having previously supported clients with getting back into work through CV Writing Interview Preparations and Coaching during COVID19 the business took a positive turn into the direction of Recruitment in 2023.

Due to growth we are now seeking experienced BDMs who are well versed in lead generation B2B sales and Recruitment. This role would ideally suit a professional with a large network of potential clients ensuring theyre off to a great start the moment they join.

This role is commission only remote working and have both parttime and fulltime opportunities. So if youre already in fulltime or parttime employment we will consider you. Whilst CVM Recruit Ltd currently support clients within the Logistics industry we are open to expanding into other sectors of your choice.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads within the UK
  • Reach out to potential leads via email phone calls and social media to introduce our services
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs budget and purchasing timeline
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services in the UK market
  • Successfully handover the client to the Recruitment Consultant once the sale is completed
  • Produce MI reports on performance and forecasting ensuring personal targets are met
  • Attend weekly meetings with the management team to discuss performance goals and progression

Criteria:

  • Strong track record as a BDM within the Recruitment field is essential with at least 3 years experience
  • Proven experience in B2B Sales with the ability to close a sale through contract agreements
  • Experienced in Lead Generation and converting the lead into a sale
  • Proven experience within a target driven environment
  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight timescales
  • Excellent negotiation skills is essential
