Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager PUNE
Location: Pune
Salary: Up to 12 LPA
Qualification: Graduate / MBA
Experience: 6 8 Years in Business Development at a Facility Management Company

Responsibilities:
  • Qualify and follow prospective leads with new clients
  • Develop new industry segments and geographies
  • Develop and execute strategies based on a consultative problemsolving approach
  • Understand the client its needs pain areas and all aspects of business opportunities
  • Create customized problembased solutions for clients of diverse industry segments
  • Deliberate the solution commercial alignment and ensure the first right of refusal from the clients at all times
  • Formulate transition plans and ensure seamless execution involving all stakeholders
  • Provide market insights to the management and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of new solutions for IFM and New Technology initiatives
  • Build more champions and take up new challenges/bigger roles
  • Effective and structured lead management
  • Support peers within the organization and adhere to companys SOPs and compliances at all times

Preferred Skills:
  • Interpersonal relationshipbuilding and networking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
