Tasks
AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER AT MACRIX YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Active and independent acquisition of new customers and projects in the area of customerspecific B2B software
- Coordination of the entire sales process from contact initiation and qualification to requirements development offer preparation and contract conclusion
- Independent selection of tools and methods for lead acquisition
- Establishing and maintaining a broad network of business contacts
- Collection of complex customer requirements
- Market observation and resulting derivation of concepts for sales and marketing measures
- Sales planning and reporting.
Requirements
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- At least 3 years experience in selling complex custom software services for companies IT nearshoring services and/or SaaS products.
- Responsibility for the sales process of *custom software* is critical
- Experience in software houses offering bespoke custom solutions to corporate clients
- Experience in acquiring of new business in areas such as metal industry chemical industry automotive mining energy logistics ship building
- Experience in acquiring new business on foreign markets outside of Poland (Germany will be a huge plus)
- Proficiency in dealing with decision makers in the areas of software digitalization and automation in industrial companies.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex project requirements from customers.
- Experience in working with technical teams to develop and present customized solutions.
- Passion and deep understanding of the IT industry its trends challenges and opportunities.
- Business fluent in English (written and spoken).
