Business Development Manager

Overview:

The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving the growth of the organization by identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and contributing to the overall strategic planning. They will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies expanding the customer base and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking cold calling and other lead generation techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients understanding their needs and proposing solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and threats in the industry.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Negotiate and close business deals ensuring the best terms for the organization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies to support business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients effectively communicating the value proposition of the organization.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to optimize strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and market trends to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Forecast sales targets and develop sales plans to achieve and exceed them.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build a strong network and represent the organization.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and marketing teams fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
  • Contribute to the overall strategic planning and decisionmaking processes of the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development sales or marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of market research sales techniques and negotiation principles.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Teamoriented mindset with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Understanding of financial principles and budget management.
  • Strong analytical and decisionmaking skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
