The Business Development Manager is the overall incharge of Sales Operations as well as Client Management. He is tasked with acquire and engaging clients and offering our products and services. He would also need to maintain and grow our clientbase.
The BDM is tasked to hit the sales targets for the company. Primarily by selling our products and expanding our client base.
Operational Functions
1. Account Management Constant presence and updates with our Clients
2. Site Partner Development Business development of Advertising sites
3. Sales Meeting Seasonal Targets and Yearend targets
4. Improve service delivery to Clients
5. Pricing for Advertising products
6. Supplier Negotiations Products Contractors etc.
People Development

V. JOB REQUIREMENTS
The BDM requires the same amount of office work and field work. Planning and preparations for clients are done in the office. But the actual negotiations and sales are done on field as we visit the clients. Much sales are personalized where we establish the trust of our customers. Advertising is also about visibility. Hence we evaluate the active advertisers in order to stay uptodate with our market.
VI. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
The Candidate must be a college graduate of related courses in Business Marketing and Advertising. Preference towards experience on Advertising sales of Outdoor Media (OutofHome/OOH) and Digital Advertising Social Media Apps etc.
