Shift: Mon Fri 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM
Work Setup: Permanent WFH


Fuel Your Success: Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through telephone calls meetings and participation in networking events.
  • Successfully expand and maintain an existing client base.
  • Drive customer acquisition and expansion focusing on both business development activities and account management.
  • Develop strong relationships with our clients hiring managers by understanding their business and staffing needs and ensuring we meet their expectations.
  • Own the relationship with the client driving the entire sales cycle managing client expectations and pursuing opportunities to expand scope and services.
  • Build relationships with consultants on assignments with clients to monitor engagement and develop a deeper understanding of the clients needs.


Fuel Your Success: Responsibilities

  • Must be selfmotivated driven and able to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Must have a proven track record in prospecting establishing and maintaining profitable account relationships selling staffing services.
  • Must have an established book of business.
  • Ability to overcome objections identify buying signals and close deals.
  • Experience with staffing sales with corporations.
  • Excellent verbal written and listening communication skills.
  • Experience in positioning and selling staffing solutions to new customers and new market segments.
  • Have the ability to grow your own sales team and mentor others.
  • Be an account manager extraordinaire who has worked in a high volume fastpaced environment.
  • Be resultsdriven act with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Create a positive and empowering work environment.
  • Proven ability to adapt to various groups and establish common ground to effectively influence others.
  • Must be able to articulate technical challenges and understand (at least at a high level) how web architecture works.
  • Proven experience successfully filling technical/engineering positions.
  • Successful experience recruiting in a high volume fastpaced environment.
