What you will achieve:

  • Own and grow a major account:Cultivate strong relationships with key decisionmakers understand their needs and proactively identify new opportunities.
  • Hunting:Actively uncovering and pursuing additional sales potential within the wider department cross selling our range of services.
  • Become a trusted advisor:Build strategic partnerships by immersing yourself in Defras business goals and working collaboratively to deliver solutions.
  • Manage your own account daytoday:Take ownership of administrative tasks ensuring smooth communication and efficient project execution.
  • Hit ambitious targets:Collaborate with the team to set achievable yet challenging goals.
  • Be present and active:Regularly connect with our clientpersonnel onsite fostering strong connections and demonstrating your value.
