1. Sales and Business Development Manager

About Our Client: Our esteemed client a leader in the Electronic Security Systems segment is seeking dynamic and ambitious individuals to join their team. With a focus on innovation and excellence our client is dedicated to providing cuttingedge solutions to meet the evolving needs of their customers.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients and key decisionmakers in the target market.
Conduct market research to pinpoint new business opportunities.
Generate leads through networking events cold calling and online platforms.
Sales and Business Development:
Present promote and sell Electronic Security System solutions to prospective clients.
Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients to foster longterm business partnerships.
Surpass sales targets through effective negotiation and sales strategies.
Collaborate with the team to devise innovative sales strategies and contribute to the overall business development plan.
Marketing Activities:
Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote Electronic Security System products.
Coordinate participation in industry events trade shows and exhibitions.
Contribute to the development of marketing collateral and sales presentations.
Customer Relationship Management:
Provide excellent customer service to existing clients addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Gather feedback from clients to enhance products and services.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and transactions.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance market trends and potential opportunities.

Location: Positions available in Chennai Mumbai Delhi Bangalore & Hyderabad.
Compensation: Competitive CTC Up to 10L/year based on position experience and performance in the interview along with performance incentives.
