The Role

As an International Air & Ocean Freight Sales Professional your core responsibilities will include:

  • Actively seeking and generating new business leads for international air and ocean freight services.
  • Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of clients needs to tailor customized logistics solutions that address their specific challenges.
  • Confidently negotiating rates and contracts securing profitable deals.
  • Preparing accurate quotes and proposals that reflect clients requirements.
  • Providing exemplary customer service through effective account management.
  • Staying uptodate on industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Achieving and surpassing established sales targets.

The Ideal Candidate

The perfect fit for this role will possess:

  • A minimum of 25 years of demonstrated success in international air and ocean freight sales.
  • A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Indepth knowledge of international trade shipping regulations and logistics processes.
  • Outstanding communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build and strengthen longlasting customer relationships.
  • A selfdriven resultsoriented mindset with the capability to excel both independently and collaboratively.
