Business Development Manager

We are a rapidly growing company specializing in eCommerce solutions custom web and mobile app development and marketplace platforms. We offer consultation services to startups scaleups and venture capital firms. Recently weve expanded into the healthcare sector and are now seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in healthcare and expand our marketplaces and eCommerce services.

Tasks

• Generate highquality leads and conduct outbound sales activities using tools like Apollo.
• Engage with Clevel managers in SME/Midmarket companies to understand their needs and present services.
• Utilize Power Dialers and email warmup tools to optimize outreach efforts.
• Close deals through effective negotiation and relationship building.
• Collaborate with sales reps to set up campaigns and optimize strategies.
• Maintain a deep understanding of services and effectively communicate their value proposition.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Minimum 4 years of business development or sales experience.
• Proficiency in utilizing lead generation tools like Apollo and Sales Navigator.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in selling Healthcare and eCommerce services is a plus.
• Strong focus on startups scaleups and venture capital firms in EU and US markets.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
