This is a remote position.

Location: Ideal Midlands but will look at the South.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in a multifaceted role that encompasses new business acquisition client relationship management and active participation in the growth and development of our business. As a key member of our team you will play a pivotal role in driving sales initiatives hosting engaging client events and managing the sales process from inception to fruition.

Responsibilities:

Cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement strategies.
Collaborate with Business Development Consultants leveraging their expertise to maximize meeting effectiveness.
Organize and host client events at prestigious venues such as sporting arenas and music halls fostering meaningful connections and driving brand visibility.
Develop and nurture a robust client portfolio ensuring sustainable revenue generation for the business.
Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
Contribute actively to the strategic development of the business offering insights and innovative ideas.
Regularly participate in monthly sales meetings to provide updates and collaborate on strategies for growth.

Essential Requirements:

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment collaborating closely with the leadership team.
Proven track record of establishing credibility and influencing stakeholders across all levels within a sales environment.
Demonstrated experience in business development and client relationship management over the past three years.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong multitasking abilities adept at managing competing priorities within tight deadlines.
Direct experience in the payroll industry is indispensable.

Outstanding interpersonal skills characterized by tact diplomacy and the ability to navigate diverse personalities.
Highly motivated and resultsdriven with a keen sense of organization and goal achievement.
Possession of a valid driving license is mandatory as client meetings may necessitate travel outside London.

This is a fulltime position offering a competitive salary of £30000 per year.

Experience Required:

Minimum of one year of sales experience.
Two years of experience in client relationship management.
One year of experience in business development.
