As a Business Development Manager you will:
  • Lead initiatives to identify develop and secure new business opportunities in the domain of credit risk management solutions focusing on meeting the evolving needs of our clients in compliance with Basel IV CRR3 and COREP DPM4.0 regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize your deep understanding of credit risk calculations and regulatory frameworks to offer tailored solutions that enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
  • Engage directly with stakeholders across various levels leveraging your exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate value propositions negotiate contracts and build lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the alignment of business development strategies with company goals and market trends.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • 810 years of experience in business development or a related field with a proven track record in the financial services industry particularly in credit risk management.
  • Indepth knowledge of Basel IV CRR3 regulations COREP DPM4.0 requirements and a strong understanding of credit risk calculations.
  • Excellent analytical skills and SQL knowledge enabling effective analysis and interpretation of data to support business decisions.
  • Outstanding communication documentation and presentation skills with proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • A proactive approach to dealing with stakeholders and the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

You Should Possess the Ability to:
  • Navigate complex regulatory environments and leverage this understanding to develop innovative compliant business solutions.
  • Think strategically and analytically to identify new business opportunities and optimize existing relationships.
  • Work effectively under pressure managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Exhibit a high degree of professionalism and an ability to work autonomously and in team settings.
