- Qualify and pursue prospective leads with new clients
- Identify and develop new industry segments and geographies
- Devise and execute strategies using a consultative problemsolving approach
- Understand client needs pain points and business opportunities
- Create tailored problembased solutions for clients across diverse industry segments
- Formulate and ensure seamless execution of transition plans involving all stakeholders
- Provide market insights to management and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of new solutions for IFM and New Technology initiatives
- Support and mentor peers within the organization
- Adhere to companys SOPs and compliance standards at all times
