Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in securing new recruitment contracts expanding market share and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development preferably within the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and key decisionmakers within targeted sectors.
• Secure new recruitment contracts by leveraging existing networks and coldcalling prospective clients.
• Manage client relations and expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the internal recruitment teams to fulfill client needs effectively.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends gaps and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of business development experience with a track record of landing recruitment contracts.
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
• Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
