Houstonbased boutique Staffing & HR Consulting firm is seeking a parttime (approximately 20 hours weekly) Business Development professional with a Human Resources background. Hourly pay of $1820 based on experience plus commission of 2.5% to 5% to start of all invoices billed to new clients you personally generate. Must be professional have great customer service impeccable written/verbal skills possess excellent sales skills and ENJOY the work you do. Will consider a 3day workweek and hybrid workstyle for the right candidate!
Requirements
- Requires an Associate Degree in relevant field or 2years of college with relevant coursework; Bachelors Degree preferred.
- 2 years of HR experience (recruiting training onboarding/offboarding)
- 2 years of sales experience both inbound and outbound.
- HR Certification not required but highly desired.
- Document preparation management and proofreading.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal skills.
- Must possess high attention to detail.
- Request for Proposal (RFP) response experience highly preferred.
- Must be resourceful and possess excellent research skills.
- Must exude professionalism at all times and represent the company well inside and outside the office.
- Must be comfortable calling warm and cold leads.
- Must be able to build relationships with current clients as well as grow prospects organically.
