We are expanding our team and looking for a proactive and resultsdriven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team.

Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at Stellites your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities by effectively using the Upwork platform to bid on relevant projects. You will identify potential clients in need of web development and digital marketing services craft compelling proposals and negotiate to close deals. Your role will involve initiating and maintaining strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will be working closely with the delivery manager and team to ensure the seamless execution of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Upwork to identify and bid on projects related to WordPress Shopify Squarespace Wix Webflow SEO and digital marketing.

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our solutions/services and competitive advantage to effectively communicate to potential clients.

  • Craft customized proposals that meet clients needs and budget requirements emphasizing our value proposition.

  • Follow up on bids and manage client communications on Upwork to ensure high response rates and engagement.

  • Negotiate terms and close deals both on Upwork and outside the platform if necessary.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth project initiation and client handover.

  • Provide feedback from clients to the relevant teams to help refine services and offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role with a track record of generating leads and closing deals preferably in the web development and digital marketing industry.

  • Familiarity with Upwork and other freelancing platforms with excellent bidding skills.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.

  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills with the capability to prioritize tasks.

  • Fluent in English both written and spken.

  • Availability to work during UK business hours.
