Overview:

The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth of the organization through identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining relationships with clients and driving sales revenue. They are responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to expand the company s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and leads through market research and networking
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
  • Drive sales revenue and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Create and implement strategic plans to expand the company s customer base
  • Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustainable growth
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional and sales materials
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry developments
  • Attend conferences meetings and industry events to represent the company and build networks
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and forecasts
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide customized solutions
  • Identify opportunities for crossselling and upselling products or services
  • Manage and update CRM systems to streamline sales and marketing processes
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service
  • Contribute to developing and maintaining a company s sales pipeline and gotomarket strategy

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive or a similar role
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent time management and planning skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Understanding of market research and sales principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic business plans
  • Knowledge of sales performance metrics
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events as required
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment
  • Strong analytical and decisionmaking abilities
