Position: Business Development Manager


Position Brief:

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Business Sales Telecalling Executive to join and nbsp;

our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with retail investors in the fintech and nbsp;

and insurance industries through telecalling efforts. The ideal candidate will possess and nbsp;

exceptional communication skills a strong understanding of CRM systems and a proven track and nbsp;

record in sales.



Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to retail investors within the fintech and insurance sectors to and nbsp;

promote our products and services.

Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and nbsp;

and rapportbuilding techniques.

Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software proficiently to manage and nbsp;

leads track interactions and update client information.

Understand the features and benefits of our offerings to effectively convey value and nbsp;

propositions to prospective clients.

Identify and qualify sales opportunities based on client needs and preferences.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for maximizing sales opportunities and nbsp;

and achieving targets.

Meet or exceed sales quotas and objectives on a consistent basis.

Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities progress and achievements.

Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to identify and nbsp;

potential business opportunities.

Uphold the companys values and standards of professionalism in all interactions with and nbsp;

clients and colleagues.



Qualifications:

Proven experience in telecalling telesales or a related field preferably in the fintech or and nbsp;

insurance industries.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and and nbsp;

persuade potential clients effectively.

Proficiency in using CRM software for telecalling and lead management.

Strong understanding of sales techniques strategies and best practices.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

Goaloriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and nbsp;

effectively.

Bachelors degree in business marketing finance or a related field (preferred).

Familiarity with fintech and insurance products and services is a plus.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
