Position Overview:

As a Business Development Executive you will play a pivotal role in growing and diversifying our client portfolio with our new and enhanced offerings in cloud AI data and analytics and enterprise applications building on our success with some of the worlds largest companies in the retail and technology industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Qualification: Utilize market research networking and other channels to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers within target clients focusing relentlessly on creating value for our clients.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and continuously analyze trends to enhance future plans.
  • Sales Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients showcasing the unique value proposition of The AES Group.
  • Negotiation Leadership: Lead negotiations with clients and stakeholders to ensure fitted arrangements for all parties involved.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling technology services to enterprise clients
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving business growth
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for technology staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Strong commitment to creating positive change to communities
