Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and negotiating and closing business deals. This role requires a driven individual who is adept at multitasking with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client s business needs.
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on time and as agreed.
  • Become a subject matter expert on our business products processes and operations and remain uptodate on industry news.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in business marketing or related field.
  • 02 years of sales or marketing experience.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance be proactive and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

Preferred Skills:
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and tools.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
