Overview:
The Business Development Executive (Field Sales) plays a crucial role in driving the company s revenue growth through acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. They are responsible for actively seeking new sales opportunities conducting market research and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic individual with exceptional sales and communication skills as they will be representing the organization in facetoface interactions with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through proactive networking and cold calling
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and business development particularly in a field sales capacity
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships
- Proactive and selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
