Overview:

The Business Development Associate plays a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of the organizations business. They are responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and contributing to the overall revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new clients
  • Negotiating and closing business deals
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create and implement marketing strategies
  • Attending conferences meetings and industry events
  • Preparing sales contracts ensuring adherence to lawestablished rules and guidelines
  • Working towards achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Providing regular reports on business development progress and pipeline
  • Contributing to the development of marketing materials
  • Understanding the needs of the customers and providing solutions
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure the success of business projects
  • Staying updated with industry trends and competition
  • Representing the company at trade exhibitions events and demonstrations
  • Assisting in the development of the annual marketing plan

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business marketing or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Associate Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Demonstrated ability in identifying business opportunities and closing deals
  • Strong knowledge of market research sales and negotiating principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work well in a team setting
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Understanding of marketing principles
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations
  • Knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategies
