How do you contribute to the team

ParkBee is growing fast and our ambition is to further expand across 15 countries in Europe to broaden our network even more. The responsibility of creating new partnerships with new locations lies with our Business Development team. In the centre of ParkBee you will be playing a major role in our fastpaced growth. You will be responsible for preparing meeting and communicating with potential and existing clients.

Main tasks/responsibilities:

  • Actively source new locations by visiting cities inthe Netherlandsand Belgium (and possibly UK) and collecting all relevant data inorder to reach out to these locations;
  • Gather more information of locations that are already in the CRM system via onsite visits and cold calls and updatethese into the CRM system;
  • Develop and assist in conducting different kinds of content for potential clients in the real estate industrye.g. portfolioanalysis;
  • Assist in current sales deal flow and the golive of new locations;
  • Run analysis and reports from the CRM system to provide sales information to your team;
  • Create presentations and prepare other documentation for meetings.

We are likely to be a match if you:

  • Are a current student from the fields of business administration economics real estate and/or sustainability looking for a fulltime internship (40 hours);
  • Are available for a 56 month internship starting in May/June;
  • Are fluent in English written and spoken;
  • Have affinity with Microsoft Office tooling and Salesforce
  • Are allowed to travel into the UK and Europeregularly (EU or UK Passport required);
  • Are able to travel and stay in the UK and Belgiumfromtimetotime;
  • Have good analytical skills and a creative mindset. We love a gogetter attitude.
